It has been a busy and exciting season for Blue Bay Homes. We have had a brilliant start to the year and are delighted to reveal that we have won a Building Excellence LABC Award for 2016!
We are thrilled to win this prestigious award, which will be presented to our company in a ceremony held on 15th April.
Now that we have won the award for the Conwy County area we go forward to the regional awards and could not be more thrilled. Blue Bay have won this award because we have demonstrated an excellent working relationship with LABC (Local Authority Building Control) surveyors and those responsible for the building works.
Each year the LABC Awards highlight and celebrate companies that are doing great work in the construction industry. They look out for key features in the creation of great buildings, such as outstanding craftsmanship, technical innovation, sustainability and high performance. It is wonderful to have our Bay View development recognized for this qualities.
The Bay View Development is now complete and we have already sold 11 of the 22 apartments.
All unsold apartments are completed and finished with carpets fitted as standard.
