At Blue Bay Homes have been hard at work over the past few months on our latest development, Bay View Apartments.
The development, situated in beautiful Deganwy, is really coming along at a fast pace. Exciting progress is being made as our team powers ahead with transforming the site on Pentywyn Road into luxury coastal homes.
Just this week we have been making remarkable progress and our construction effort is actually ahead of schedule. The first fix works are currently taking place on apartments 18 – 23. The roofs are now being tiled on all six of these apartments and apartments 1 – 6 have had all their 1st floor beams installed. In addition to all this construction progress, we were delighted to erect our new site signage this week as well.
We are very pleased to report the positive work taking place on-site at Bay View Apartments and the development is already promising to be highly popular. These spacious, elegantly designed homes have outstanding views of coastal North Wales and are based in a highly sought after area. This is reflected by the high demand for our Bay View Development brochures. We have sent out over 100 brochures in just over a week.
