Blue Bay Homes are pleased to report that we attended the prestigious LABC Building Excellence awards on Friday the 15th of April, and managed to walk away with a Regional Finalist Award for the Conwy County area! We feel very honoured to share pictures of our official presentation of the LABC Award, presented at St. David’s Park Hotel.
The LABC Award celebrates outstanding craftsmanship, technical innovation, sustainability and high performance, as well as the capability to solve technical problems and create new solutions, something which we are delighted to accept. We’re proud of all of our developments, past, present and future, and we are very pleased to find that others agree that they are outstanding. From the exceedingly popular Bay View development within Deganwy to the upcoming The View by Blue Bay which will consist of 29 luxurious apartments and 10 stunning townhouses, we’ve found this year to be fantastic, and the LABC Award the highlight of it thus far.
